SDHHS proudly provides computerized note taking, and interpreting services to the d/Deaf, Late Deafened, and Hard of Hearing persons living in Saskatchewan. These services help those with a hearing loss to communicate more effectively with people who do not understand American Sign Language (ASL).
Interpreters - provide a communication link between hearing people who use spoken language, and those with hearing loss who use ASL.
Computerized Note Takers - take notes on a one to one basis, or in a group setting, using an overhead projector.
