Our agency board, volunteers and staff are committed to providing quality
programming and support to those requiring our services. We strive for
excellence within an environment which supports people to become
self-empowered. Our hope is to provide meaningful services which enhance
the quality of life of those living with a hearing loss and to assist them in fully
participating in community.

We want to thank those who assist us in carrying out our work. Without the
support of funding bodies, donors, dedicated volunteers and staff, we could
not touch the lives of the more than 10,000 people we annually come into
contact with.
